  Seller listed the items as mint, therefore I would expect to receive the models as if they had just left the factory where they were made with the certificates and any other accessories. When the models arrived there are no certificates, contacted seller who said I could return the item at my expense and I would receive a refund minus the postage costs for his error in description. Ebay were involved and seller had to send returns label at his cost and had to refund me in full. Own your mistakes
