Papermania 300gsm cards and envelopes
Nice 300gsm card and perhaps slightly better than average envelopes.
300gsm is probably the thickest card that most printers will readily accept but the trend seems to be towards cassette feed printers that may struggle, so it is best to try a few before buying in bulk.
Better than most cheaper cards -and probably the standard to go for!
Dispatched quickly.

An excellent, well writen book
Simon Jenkin's Thousand Best Houses (together with the also excellent Thousand Best Churches) is well writen, informative and also avoids being too stuffy. Simon's writing is not too 'precious' and gives occasional glimpses of what it is like to actually go around and visit these places. If, for example, a house is not really as open to the public as stated, he will tell you so in a straight-forwards way.
Simon's star ratings are always going to be a little subjective and I think it is a given that people are always likely to qwibble over personal favourites. They do, however, definitely add to the book and make it both more interesting and enjoyable. This is a definitely recommended book, even if you do not really intend to visit, but still like a good informative read!
