Totally dependable batteries. Excellent value.
I'm on my second set of these batteries. The first set survived about 15 years of both heavy and light use. They charge from empty to full in about 40 minutes, which is just about the time a fully charged battery lasts when I used it for drilling and screwing on a fencing job.

Dead on arrival, most unfortunate.
It was possible to charge the device itself, but no pass-through charging of phone.
Once charged the device would not provide power to iPhone.
Connector to device was a micro USB, not the iPhone standard, thus requiring one cable to charge iPhone only, and another cable to charge when phone inside battery case.

Cannot beat this product for it's simplicity
No batteries, no wireless networks, just a switch on a cord plugged into camera. You cannot beat the elegance of this device for releasing the camera on demand without touching it. It is well built and should last a long time.
