  wrong item sent, refunded after 3 weeks (ebay case) and lots of poor excuses.

  This was very unfortunate. We can only apologise. The supplier used wasn't cooperative thus we struggled to get things sorted as quickly as you would have liked. Although in saying that, we did offer a full refund, albeit 3 weeks later. This was to ensure the wrong item was not damaged when sent back. Also you were constantly updated about the order. Any reasonable person would surely have to understand this so the complaint doesn't really merit negative feedback. Patience is a virtue my friend!
