It is a solid classes on the basics of a good seat in riding
This is one of several books that should be in any horseman library. It gives an excellent view of the effective use of ones body to develop a sound seat and clear body communication to the horse. No one book is total as no horse is exactly the same. This is good theory but it is the hours in the saddle with knowledge that makes a rider.

Keurig B70 Excellent brewer
6 of 7 found this helpful I finally got so fed up with my coffee machine as the carafe dribbles and it is a pain to clean up. I researched the single cup machines and liked all of what I read about Keurig. Especially that Green Mountain Coffee offered a large assortment of coffees and there were many new (to me ) Coffee companies to choose from as well. I have medical problems that make for a complicated like and the ease of use has freed up my morning and I can now make tea at any time I want with out creating a mess to clean up. When my Pug MeetUp group come over I can serve them all their choice of beverage with no extra effort. Not only does this brewer make great coffee but it's almost as good as having another person in the kitchen serving your guests. The K-cups are easy to order and promptly shipped, you can set up automatic deliveries in wanted. Brewing your favorite coffee that does not come in a K-cup is simple and much easier than my old coffee maker and an almost instant clean up. Worth every penny and the best time and effort saver I have.
