Definitely the best.
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to use and catch on to. The most fun exercise equipment I have ever used. Never run out of routines. There are so many to choose from and well explained cards that came with it. They explain the proper way to do each exercise in detail. Plus you tube has a ton of instructors motivate and get you pumped up. For someone like me that let myself go for twenty years now. It greatest device to ease myself back into shape and have fun doing. It basically works all aspects of my body. The only thing I don’t use it for is to warm up before I start.
