    Item arrived damaged. In discussion with the seller, after they asked me to leave positive feedback, they said I should request a refund from the delivery carrier. FedEx prefers the shipper do that, not the recipient. I went back and forth with them and never came to a solution.

    The buyer jumps the Gun. I did submit the claim for damaged Sculpture. The seller needs to hold onto the packing, box and broken item for Fed X inspection. The Sculpture was wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded shredded newspaper in a larger box, with Fragile written all over the package. I first reached out to buyer after I received notice that package was delivered. My 1st question was did it arrive in good condition and 2nd was asking for positive feedback and I would do the same for buyer.
