  Your chosen courier - EVRI - managed a new way to annoy; advising three times they had the package to deliver and apologised twice before delivering on the third occasion. The very worst of couriers. All it does is let suppliers down which is a shame.

  There was a problem with the delivery which did not arrive as planned but once I notified the seller he sent another by overnight delivery and even managed to change the delivery address for my convenience. Great recovery of a poor situation and I would definitely use this supplier again.

  Anyone considering placing an order with this business should use someone else. 9 days and still I have received nothing. I did make contact with the seller who assured me that another item would be dispatched to arrive today, unfortunately for me nothing has arrived again. Negative feedback is well deserved after explaining this was required for a time sensitive job and the description clearly stated 1 day dispatch with UPS. Tracking info clearly states UPS has not received a parcel.

  This is not accurate as hundreds of other positive reviews will show. We communicated with you at every step, the item has been lost, you were refunded. Amend the feedback, you will be reported to eBay under false claims.
