perfect for making hot hide glue!

perfect for making hot hide glue! because of the display this just happens to be great for making hot hide glue with, you want the temperature to be exactly 140-150F so if you go into the red it's too high, it's a very good display and it is very accurate as well which is important when making hide glue.
