This was an impossible situation for me to control. The buyer used the new Ebay buy abroad scheme. The order was placed knowing that I am from the UK and she needed it delivered in Europe. She managed to get the item and yet still complained non stop. She could have just as easily taken it up with Ebay or the courier company that delivered the item, How can I be held responsible for which door number the courier dropped it to? Impossible situation and an impossible customer.

Simple design, great quality and does exactly what its designed to do.
Used on the glass on my Koi pond, 20mm thick glass, in direct sunlight so algae builds up considerably and is very tough to remove. The Floaty XL took it off with ease.
Was a pleasure to clean the glass surprisngly! ;)
