Good Collection - kinda
If you like the movies than the HD-DVD release is right for you.
I wish that the Animatrix was in HD as well. Sadly, it is a dvd.
Also not such a huge fan of the last 2 movies, story wise. Beautiful to look at though.

Better than Guitar Hero?
Hard to say, Rock Band definitely has a wider selection of songs and a way better Downloadable library, compared to Guitar Hero's laughable selection.
But truth be told, I sort of like the Guitar Hero interface a little better, in terms of actual note playing. It just feels a bit more realistic.
When it comes to customobility (is what a word?) Rock Band hands down, better interface, create a character, its actually exciting when you're playing on stage. Please note: I only have a a guitar, no mic or drums. (I tried using the standard Xbox headset, either it don't work so well or I'm a worse singer than I thought.) So bear that in mind.
