Worthless
1 of 3 found this helpful Switched to this brand purely because of cost but it had no effect whatsoever and a noticeable difference. I was tired & aching after intense workout which occurs without carntinine use. I found other brand really helped with muscle soreness and tiredness which this brand did not at all. Waste of Money.

Great Product
This product is recommended and one can really notice the difference in quality. It is not so good however if mixed and stored prior to consumption and is best if consumed immediately after mixing. Light & Fluffy. Remember to use 2 scoops as it is too weak with just one.
