12 new filters.
I bought these filters as they daisy get fitted Matrix filters. As I had just escaped my water jug, I have not yet tried one of these filters . It says they are compatible with Brita Matrix filters so I truly hope they will fit properly. It could take another 2,or 3 months before I need to descale again; depending on how much it is used so I will see then if they are what are promised. They arrived quickly & were wrapped so well. 5* dealer, thank you. Happy New Year.

An excellent purchase which works superbly.
When the remote control arrived, it looked nothing like the photograph of the one we had ordered; however, I put batteries in and, hey presto, it worked a dream! We are delighted with it. No more struggling to turn the sound up and down as the old handset's mute button would not work and whilst one could turn the sound up, it was almost impossible to turn it down. Now we are extremely happy to have an efficient, compatible remote control for our od TV set. Thank you.
