Worth buying , but the photo quality lets it down

Extensive good quality Plans and Drawings , large selection of photos , much interesting detail.
Bad Points
Some omissions in the tabular detail, and at least one serious basic error - the 5.25" guns were not the 5.25in 50cal Mk 1 , but the 5.25 in 50cal Mk 1* RP 10. The former being the original mountings in the wartime King George V class battleships, the later being the modified version with an enlarged gunhouse and remote power training in the Vanguard.
The author has correctly given 15 " guns as RP12
The photos, although very interesting are generally of poor original quality and/or badly reproduced
The Cover artwork of Vanguard and the coloured two end-paper spreads are ghastly !

Well worth buying
Good plans, extremely comprehensive data.
Not many photos, which are interesting but of generally poor quality
