Die sizes not right

I bought this to crimp some 16mm2 wires and lugs. The 16mm2 die hardly made an impact on my lugs (2 different types from different manufacturers) Therefore I had to use the 10mm2 die to crimp effectively. This, as can be expected, was a bit too small. Therefore the crimp was not perfect and left slight "wings". I contacted the seller, the person who replied clearly didn't know what this tool was. When asked, they said the internal diameter of the 16mm2 die should be 16 mm. They supplied a replacement die, but it was identical.
