  Swift delivery, quality hooks and swivels. My only disappointment is the color assortment I received. No red, no green, no black, no white in my purchase. Instead of those top colors I received 3 yellows and 2 orange tubes. I’ve ordered from this seller a few times before and always received random but desirable colors. Hopefully they do better on the selection with my next order. I’m taking off one star because of the poor assortment.

  Seller has a history of poor packaging that results in lost items, then blames the carrier. States buyer needs to file a claim. I reached out on 7/22 to get the info the carrier requires for a claim. Seller was out of town. Reached out again on 8/3. Seller responded saying items would ship on 8/5. No item/tracking as of 8/16. Reached out again. Seller responds with, “I’m sorry. Can you refresh my memory?”

  My store was on TIME AWAY during this time. He had all the info he need right from the shipping label to open a case. just to lazy or dum to do it. so I guess I am at fault. been here 27 years I can handle a little bad feed back. Not the end of the world if it makes him feel better

  Very unprofessional overall. Bought several jigs from seller and when I received them I wasn’t happy with the quality and decided to return. The seller was not happy and stated his jigs were just as good as any other. Regardless, I wanted to return. After sending items back I only received a partial refund. When I asked the seller about this he said “eBay gets paid to cater to customers I do not” and to stop contacting him. I’m sure he’ll try to defend himself but I know what happened

  of course I will defend my self. same deal He bought Painted jigs and that is what he recieved. And he had th grapes to send back in a used box from another competer. He kept email me till I got so tired of ans the same question I told him to stop emailing me. All corepondents should be going thru ebay. and let them figure it out. Partial refund. I do not think so must have been beeten him and ebay. I am sure eBay took the money from my account. he says he knoks what happened well go

  Super slow shipping, ordered 8 purple, 4 black and 4 pink teasers. Sent 8 black, 4 purple and 4 pink. Contacted seller, gave me option of mailing back 4 black and he would send me 4 purple. I don't have the time or patience to wait another 3 to 4 weeks to get the correct order.

  shipped in eBays time stated guess ebay was not fast enough for him. I offered to fix the mistake but just not good enough for him. bet if told him I would send him 4 free teasers hooks all would have been OK just wanted some Frees teasers sorry do not play that game I made a mistake, owned up to it and tried to fix it, So I just blocked him and all is well.
