The earbuds are uncomfortable, I have ordered an array of Sony replacement buds to hopefully find a set that works. The sound quality is very good. Noise canceling and ambient settings perform as expected but negatively affect battery performance a little more than I would hope. Monitoring of these settings while preforming my daily duties I'm able to get a little more than 8hrs of continuous use. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I have nostandard ear canals and often have fit issues...
