GREAT FEEDER

I've been raising budgies for many years and gone thru several different styles of feeders. This one is my favorite. I have 6 of them throughout the aviaries. It is easy to fill, but, most importantly, simple to clean. The top stays on securely. The little tray at the bottom eliminates some of the mess. And, the price is right. Putting the top on can be a bit frustrating at first. The first few times, it helps to hold it over your head so you can see where to match the top to the bottom. Then turn the top clockwise. After a while, it becomes easy to do. Mine are inside, they are not hung and, of course, there are no squirrels to contend with.....so my rating does not reflect performance dealing with these issues.

BEAUTIFUL.....LOVE IT!

I have 2 aviaries. I have purchased numerous swings over the years. Problem is, the misting system in the aviaries washes the paint off the wooden beads, as does washing poops off them, or the birds chew up the wood beads and before long, they look tacky. Years ago, someone gave me a couple of pretty swings with glass-type beads. From then on I looked for glass beaded swings.........without any luck. Finally.....I found these. The prettiest ever. The beading won't be fading or bleeding. The colors are vivid and the light shines thru. The perch is grooved, not (chewable) wood. Nice hook and bell too. The size is perfect for English budgies.......roomy enough for two of them cuddle on it.
