  The reason I have only given four, out of a possible five, stars is because the item arrived slightly damaged (the box). This is disappointing, as it was advertised as being brand new. I am, however, being slightly fussy (I believe, as I have paid money, this to be my right). I would like to add that the seller has been extremely pleasant and cooperative in all communication, and accepted a lower offer for the item - which I greatly appreciate. I have no doubt that the item IS brand new. Thanks

  Took five working days to arrive not includingthe weekend. Tracked 48 was offered as standard on listing but tracking wasn't added on ebay so was left frustrated each day waiting for it to arrive. Noted it was posted as tracked 48 but posted days later after purchase. If you're not in a rush for an item and don't need tracking then this seller is great.
