Fast but noisy
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a handsome, lightweight kettle, and its ability to turn round on its base is very useful on a crowded worktop. Yes, it's noisy, but the noise doesn't last for long as it boils very quickly. If you want a quiet life it's not for you. If you don't like waiting for your cuppa, this is your kettle.
I find it hard to fill and we fill it now from a jug rather than from the tap. If you have a nice empty sink you should be okay....
I'm glad I chose this kettle.

Silly feet!

Slice in a trice
Works very well for apples and the release mechanism is great after years of trying to prise cores out of the old one. Didn't work so great on the quinces, though.
