Good product but there are queries with it.
It does not capture all the possible channels and I do not understand why. I had an old Sky box which showed free channels which are not on this free sat box. eg some channels+1 drama CNN and other news channels The numbering of channels is a bit variable and confusing as well. I like it but disappointed at others and instructions

reasonable value product with very good service
Service excellent but I do have some doubts about product after using it for some time. It does not feel as quite as comfortable as others I have used. It also tends to move a little in the shoe. On taking off shoes this moves completely from its position and usually ends up in the shoe's toe.
It is reasonable value but if you want very comfortable inserts I am not sure these are the ones.
