Learn to lead through getting people to want to participate in the process with you.
1 of 1 found this helpful I grew up hanging around my dad as he was listening to Zig Zeigler tapes. I thought I had a pretty good idea of what a competent leader had in their toolset. But this book is outside of that. I've never read anything like it (and I'm a big fan of the written word.) Concepts are clear and his ability to illustrate the reasoning behind those concepts blew me away. I am so grateful I ordered this (I bought it for my son, but started it myself and now I can't put it down!) Amazing book. Really, really, glad I bought it!
