Back bar to short.

Apply with clean hands and take care not to spill.
Turned to liquid—not a very good smell but seemed to work as described.

Great product
I use it every day. It has made a big difference in the level of pain in any area it is used. Better than paying $50-$60 per visit at the chiropractor.
