Great book for learning
More people need to know what’s in this book.

Great buy
I took a risk and bought this to use with my Olympic plates and not regular ones. And lucky for me it’s fine. However it won’t hold an Olympic bar so don’t get it if you want it to hold one. But its nice and sturdy and does the job 👍🏻

You get what you pay for I guess.
I’ve only had it for one week. And already it’s frayed and coming apart. The anchor that came with it is fine. It’s just the rope itself.
