The Model 300 has better buttons than the 200 model
I had a very similar remote that came with my year old SONY . . but the buttons were hard to find, very odd shape. These are the size and shape of what control buttons should be. I think Sony finally got in right this time.

Wy Buy Printronic
I have bought Printronic products for several years and found them to be good quality. If I get a leaking or defective one . . they have always sent me a replacement and do they do it fast.
