Good anti-histamine, gut well-being probiotic
This GG strain suits me as I have a histamine intolerance. And it breaks down histamine. It is also very good for the gut lining. It is also very good because it does not contain any FOS (like inulin) which I cannot tolerate because of IBS and SIBO. So I'm very happy with the strain and the product overall.

Good pro-biotic strain - natural
These have a good strain (not a histamine producing one). They are natural and think they do make a difference to the balance of things. The quality is fine, but they don't come with an applicator, like their single use anti-fungal one. But not many of the pro-biotic ones do for some reason. Overall ok. For this particular supplier, the expiry dates were fairly short - two or so months left on them. So something to watch for.
