Even though the experience was fine, I was supposed to receive 12 packs of the same product, but only received 11 with the 12th being a different gummy packet. No great shakes, but that really isn't good business practise. The packaging could have been better (cardboard box thinner than a normal box), but nothing was ripped or damaged.
