Great Value, assembly required
Came new in package. Just like you can buy at the bike stores. Half the cost. Easy to install yourself!

Very cute for a costume, but won't work as a winter hat.
I was hoping this would be good for the winter, but the white liner inside is very scratchy. It is a thin canvas -like material instead of a nice fleece like the outside of the hat. I would think this only would serve as a costume. It does fit an adult or teen head, which is what I bought it for, but I don't think it will get much use because of the thin scratchy liner on the inside. I was disappointed because it is cute!
