Very useful mirror
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this for my pre-war Austin car. It gives a lovely clear view through the rear windows.

Angels and Demons - a great disappointment
Having enjoyed the book, I though I would buy the DVD and see what they made of it. What a disappointment. The ambigrams (central to the plot) were all but ignored, and especially the final, fourfold ambigram. The important relationship between Vittoria Vetra and her adoptive father was completely omitted and the nature of antimatter never explained. The production was filled with car chases, shouting, shooting and rushing about, but the carefully paced and (of itself)gripping plot was for the most part ignored beyond its bare bones. I though the book of Angels and Demons was even better than the same author's excellent Da Vinci Code, but I thought the former DVD even worse than the latter.

Very mixed: from superb to appalling.
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a real mixture. Musically, Sandy Faris did a good job; they are crisp, well paced and effective; the orchestra and the chorus were excellent. The principals varied in quality from superb to appalling. The law of libel being what it is, I had better avoid mentioning names. It was good to hear D'Oyly Carte players including the outstanding Donald Adams and John Fryatt; what a pity they could not have included others.
