Excellent product. Great value for money. Good printouts.
I purchased this printer for my new business. I have always owned an inkjet up to buying this printer. I had enough of all the blocked inkjet nozzles and messy inks and went for a laser printer.
Colour printouts were nice and crisp, good quality photo printing but not photo quality like the photo inkjet range or printers. Not a big deal as i don't do much photo printing anyway.
I like the fast printing, especially when printing many pages. They just fly out. So much better than my inkjet which would have taken much longer.
The printer is a little large and square but its all self contained. Pull out a tray, fill it up with paper and close it. No paper trays sticking out anywhere (unless you use the manual feed). Prints pop out the top waiting for you to pick up.
Installation went through easy enough on windows 7. Found it as a network printer immediately and completed the installation quick enough.
I did the install on two other wireless laptops as well so the kids could print all their school stuff. No problems at all and both installations went through smoothly.
Considering the price, it was an excellent purchase. Now to see how long before i need new toner...
(oh and there are ways to refill the toners too which will make cost of ownership cheaper.)
All in all, a good printer.
