Software flaw ruins otherwise great phone
I have owned 2 of these phones. Features and ease of use is very good. Gryo on the phone works very good (rotation of pics and keyboard). Keyboard works well, and included gadgets/apps are easy to find and use.
There is a known software flaw that samsung will not address (search online for frozen screen on this model). The touchscreen on both of my phones have frozen and are unrepairable according to samsung because without the touchscreen access, the bluetooth can not be disabled so that it can be connected to a computer. One happened when I sent a txt, the other happened after plugging in the charger. My phones are in near perfect condition, never dropped or exposed to moisture and always kept in an Otterbox case.
I have owned several samsung phones, however will not be purchasing another samsung touch screen phone because of lack of customer service and, in my opinion, total disregard on this known issue.
