Collected the mattress and took it home. Left it overnight to spring back into shape. Went back to the mattress the next afternoon and it had a large hollow/dip at one end like something heavy had been stored on it. Contacted the seller the next day who said he would allow a return as the mattress had a fault. He has not been back in touch. So now i have another mattress to buy.
