Flimsy, but functional
2 of 2 found this helpful It fits in my T420 and it does what it's supposed to do. It definitely feels cheap, the metal is flimsy and the rubber side rails seem to just lay there rather than gripping the side of the caddy, however it was only $4 so I can't really complain. And once you get the disk and caddy inserted into the laptop those minor things don't matter, it holds the drive in place exactly like it's supposed to do. Just be careful not to bend the metal of the caddy, it's not designed for constant removal and re-installation.
Tested on both an HDD and SSD.

Works Great
Just peel the old sticker off, clean off any remaining residue with some Goo Gone, and put this new sticker on. Pretty self explanatory. Definitely worth the dollar or two spent on it. Installed on my ThinkPad T420.
