The selller was very prompt in sending the package and very responsive when it was noticed that USPS was no longer providing updates on the status. When contacted, the seller was quick to offer submitting a claim and providng a refund. We waited a few more days to see if the package would arrive or if USPS tracking would update the status. When it did not the seller prompty provided a full refund.

Perfect M-factor.
Plenty of drive bays. Excellent cooling and ventilation. Have to be creative with cable management.
