Good quality and value. Unclear instructions.
Good quality product with good features built in. The only criticism was the instructions which were in picture style and no wording. This required double checking at every stage as you easily miss certain stages. The main one for me was the initial assembly of the side panels which push and lock into place nice and easy but was found to have been wrong without first removing a hidden metal channel which was stored in the base. This caused a major problem in having to take out one of the side panels again, easier said than done, If only a written word of warning in the instructions. However, overall a good product.

Qualcast after sales service.
I bought This model lawnmower knowing it had an engine cutting out problem, but being a professional mechanic, I assumed I could easily repair it. However information and advice on the problem was very hard to come by and what should have been an easy thing to resolve, was very time consuming and frustrating.
