  Bought this item and he posted it in happy birthday wrapping paper. Which when the item arrived with me the box was badly damaged. He then went to tell me that I need to take my complaint up with the post office........ Genuinely shocked at how he's handled this.

  This box was wrapped in high gloss paper (wrapping paper reversed so effectively in white paper instead of the usual brown paper I would have used) and the parcel (box) sustained damage during transit thanks to Royal Mail. Scuff marks and dents, but no damage to the item being posted, which was a toy. This buyer sent several messages accusing me of deliberately wrapping poorly. I sent it wrapped and in good faith.
