Bissel spotbot

I haven't used this spotbot I paid £170 all together for this item second hand when I could of got a new one cheaper when it arrived I plugged it in and it tripped my electric off no one mentioned that it's not UK comparable plus the fact that the small tool is broken and the brisles are falling out .I did try to cancel but couldn't.and find it's non returnable so I'm left with being £170 out of pocket and being an OAP .cant afford to be twisted like this
