  I try to be reasonable and am very reluctant to leave negative feedback. However, when I order and pay for goods in good faith I expect to receive communication and the item in a timely manner. I do not expect a seller to blame the eBay app and take umbrage that I complain for having my messages ignored and no goods! eBay customer services tell me there were no issues that would have prevented the seller posting the item. Money refunded but follow up emails ignored. Avoid this seller!
