GREAT book - a really must have!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful An EXCELLENT book - one that all kitchens should have. It shows you basic recipies with BASIC ingredients, no need to scour the supermarket isles looking for special things. Explained in an easy, straight forward way, (even I could understand!!!) and I call it my new testament, as it is as valuable as a bible in this house - it's my cooking bible!!! My mum who passed away about 13 years ago gave me a similiar book (this is a more updated version) and although it is a bit battered and tattered I've still kept it and I refer to that one as my old testament!!! :) EVERYONE should have a copy of this in their kitchen as well as giving tasty recipies, it is VERY informative and educational giving you advice on which cut of beef to choose e.t.c. A GREAT buy altogether, so what are you waiting for? Come on, get your copy today and you'll never look back! x
