Communication was fast and very accurate. Shipping was slow, was not even shipped until after Ebay said it would be delivered, and the box arrived damaged. Fortunately the product inside is still good. However the product is not exactly what I ordered. I ordered the model with the silicone lids and got regular glass lids. The product is satifactory so I am satisfied. The first image shows what I ordered, the second what I recieved, and the last two images are of the damaged box.
