Cheap and works
Got a couple for an old amp I wasn't even sure would work due to how old and neglected it was so I didn't want to waste money on new tubes. Tubes and the amp work great for minimal investment. One is slightly microphonic but it doesn't really matter in my application. For the price, can't beat it though.

Old skool charm
3 of 5 found this helpful Not a lot of delay time, the repeats are not crystal clear, obvious signal degradation in the repeats. Basically everything you'd expect from an analog delay. Some slight tweaking to get self oscillation may be necessary, if that's what you want. But the only trimmer you can reach through the battery door is exactly the trimmer you want for this!
Best suited for slapback and doubling effects but it can get pretty spacey too. These older pedals are the reason there is so much debate over "buffered vs true bypass". There is a reason they don't make them like this anymore. But it seems that when you fix those problems you seemingly take away some of the charm and mystique. For the collector, bedroom player, or studio use this may well be what you want. For the gigging musician or tone fiend, you may want to keep looking.

Seems to work fine
These appear to be of similar quality as those sold by most effects pedals parts suppliers. They are slightly smaller than what I've gotten from said suppliers in the past, which may or may not be beneficial. These will fit in a 7/16 "(11mm) hole as opposed to the 1/2 "(13mm) needed for others I've used.
