  Horrible! Absolutely zilch customer service. Part of it arrived broken. My plumber, having already fitted the unit had to go to the nearest town to buy a spare for about £21. When asking for this, and the plumbers time, to be returned to me, they told me I had to take it back out of its newly fitted place and return it to them, leaving us without a lavatory! They did not even suggest a 50% rebate to get out of this dilemma, all or nothing! Impossible 'tick box' company.

  Unfortunately, we were contacted after the customer had agreed to costs being undertaken by plumber. Had we been contacted initially when the issue was discovered we would have made every effort to provide a replacement or refund after the item in question had been returned. Without the original item returned we are unable to make a claim for faulty goods with the manufacturer. Disappointingly in this instance we were unable to reach an amicable resolution with the customer.
