Won Shower Curtain for 99p, never arrived, seller did refund, and said would claim against royal mail, said I would help if needed. I m so disappointed over the whole experience.

I feel that this was unnecessarily harsh, given the circumstance.Despite friendly comms & Instant refund (Royal Mail advised that the item could still arrive & that the lead time at this peak season is extended) I went out of my way to be civil and ensure a satisfactory transaction and experience. A disappointing & expensive (for me) experience, with some quite antagonistic replies to boot. Not good & I hope that people see this for what it is considering my unblemished record pre this sale!
