Don't expect instant replies to messages and they can easily miss messages due to extreme volume. I had this issue but just continued to contact them as tyres had not arrived after 10 days. Anyway finally they replied and my tyres arrived after just over 2 weeks of purchase. Tyres were absolutely spot on but I was just worried about the lack of updates when i'd spent £500. All ok in the end though! ��

Although the tyres were supposed to be delivered on the 6th Feb, they made an effort to contact me and say the tyres had not been delivered, even checking neighbouring outlets in case they had been delivered to adjacent fitting centres. They then chased the expected delivery and re appointed me. All four tyres changed within 30 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We discovered the original tyres were out of stock, so replacements were sourced at the same price and delivered a week later. It would have been easy for them just to refund me, but I was provided with better tyres which were only manufactured in the last few weeks... Great Co I would use again.
