  Product was good. Delivery was bad, note said safe place. Under black box. Found it dripping wet inside a recycling box with a box on top. Box was full of water

  Very sorry for your bad experience with Royal Mail. I do also put the garage locks in a plastic bag to help protect the product from any water damage in transit. Hopefully, in this case the product was protected and did the job for you?
