You'll feel better!

I am on day 13 of 21 and I already feel like this program is working! I've made it through the no caffeine stage and am on to the grain free stage. Lost a few pounds which is great because I hit a 6 month plateau. Going to finish the 21 days and most likely keep doing this program after its over. It sounds hard to not eat all of the foods that I am used to but I feel so much better and want to continue the momentum that I am on.
