Professional look, below par dispensing
Had for a month or so now including conversing with the company. Has a very professional look to the machine and have comments on from family and friends and for dispensing standard room temperature water the dispenser does what you would expect with no fuss. The water dispenser struggles heavily with delivering anything above that request. Any temperature setting above 0 and the water has no real flow into the cup. It carelessly spurts drops of water all around the machine meaning you need to wipe the worktop down each time. More often than not i fnd myself holding the cup right to the spout to reduce the need to mop up after. The volume to dispense choice is a great option especially if this did regularly delivered the correctly selected volume which unfortunately is not the case often under delivering so you yhen manually have to dispense to fill cup. Generally it does a job looks good although has some key flaws which mean if the reasons for buying would be automatic dispensing both at the required volume and temperature I would not confidently recommend this machine. Using this machine as a room temperature filtered water dispenser that looks good and doesnt need a regular refill, then it will di a job for you.
