Not sure if I'm happy with this phone
I bought this phone for my wife who is not a "techie" and has found getting to grips with it a little daunting, especially as the manual is on-line and not hard-copy. She has converted from an old Nokia and the jump from that to the S3 Mini is not to be underestimated. Nevertheless she has persevered with it and will no doubt in time get the hang of it.
However, after about 6 weeks of use the phone overheated a couple of times and drained the battery. By overheating I mean too hot to hold. She is now terrified it will go on fire either in her pocket causing injury or while it is unattended and burns the house down. It is currently with Carphone Warehouse who are the local Samsung repair station but I expect I have now fallen heir to a new phone when it comes back! The seller, in the UK, was happy to have it back but I would like to use it myself for a while before giving up on it.

Works after a fashion
This device is a little tricky to set up. The instructions seem to be a translation and not totally clear, but you can get there in the end. In use, it drops out and constantly needs the password to be re-entered. Occasionally you need to go into the set-up to reconnect it to the router. I wish I had paid more for a branded repeater.
On the plus side, when it's working it does the job and extends the wifi signal in the house. Just be aware of its limitations.

Poor quality
The first ones stopped working, led by led, within a couple of weeks. The seller replaced them but they too are now failing within days of installing them. They are very cheap this reflects the quality. I now need to buy better ones and write these off to experience. Pity but I expect you get what you pay for. No complaints about the seller.
