An All Time Great!
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought the vinyl LP in mono when it was first released, after reading a review in Down Beat magazine. I pretty much wore it out trying to learn Clapton's style.
Fast forward to the late 1980s, and I bought the CD. Not good. The mix and balance were just "off" and it sounded flat.
I read a review of this Steve Hoffman remastering and decided to go shopping for it. This is it! This remastering has all of the punch and "balls" of that mono first pressing, but with a carefully placed stereo mix.
I am usually reluctant to buy more expensive versions of albums that I already own, but in this case, I'm very happy that I did.

Classic Electric Neil Young!
I love this period of Neil Young's career. Too bad this isn't a double album. When it was over, I wanted more!

The Cranberries Debut
Very nice album. I bought it unheard after reading a review and I'm very happy that I did. The Cranberries are more than just "Zombie". The whole album is excellent. No filler. Every song is a keeper.
