A SATISFIED CUSTOMER
When we received the Yamaha Keyboard, the keys were slightly damaged apparently during shipment; because, the keys were turned up and the keyboard was not usable. We felt that this damage must have happened during shipment so we researched how to repair it and we were able to restore the keys so that they are now workable. We knew that there were some dents in the cover of the keyboard, which were not a concern of ours. Our main desire was that the keyboard worked properly. After the repair, we are completely happy with the keyboard.
We suggest that the Music Store question whomever packaged the keyboard for shipment to ensure that the apparent damage does not reoccur in the future. We are indeed a satisfied customer now.
